Well, it is election day. We all have some choices to make. And while I will not spend my time telling you which way you should vote or sharing my political views I will share some thoughts.
Here they are:
~ Voting is a privilege. Please use that privilege with wisdom and don't take it lightly.
~ Don't use your platforms (facebook, twitter, etc.) to bash anyone. If you want to raise up a candidate of choice do so by sharing encouraging things about them not bashing the opposition.
~ Don't fear the outcome of the election. There is a much higher power working for the good of those who love Him and we are gonna be ok no matter.
~ Share this experience with the little ones in your world. Voting in the election is not the only thing we can teach our kids about voting, there are many lessons to be learned from the democratic process.
~ Take a good book, snack or some form of entertainment because the lines will be long (this is a good thing, it shows people are taking the time to be part of the process).
~ And next year early vote so you don't have to wait in those lines! We voted Saturday and only had to wait 15 minutes!!!
Here are a couple fun pics from our voting experience.

Enjoy your day. And (stolen from a Pinterest quote)...Happy no more campaign ads eve!
